Job summary

iPiD is looking for an AI-native builder who can identify bottlenecks, design practical internal tools, and rapidly deliver solutions that reduce manual work and improve visibility across teams.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and Operations to move from problem discovery to MVP deployment in days, using AI-assisted development tools and API integrations. The role emphasizes ownership and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflows with measurable impact.
• Ability to move from problem discovery to working solution with minimal direction.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal tools and automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate problems into scalable solutions.
• Work with stakeholders across CS, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Network to iterate on solutions.
• Deliver MVPs rapidly with emphasis on speed, usability, adoption and business impact.
