You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and Operations to move from problem discovery to MVP deployment in days, using AI-assisted development tools and API integrations. The role emphasizes ownership and measurable business impact.

The Opportunity

As iPiD grows, our teams need better tools, workflows, and automations to operate efficiently and scale effectively. We're looking for an AI-native builder who can identify operational bottlenecks, design practical solutions, and rapidly build internal tools that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and create measurable business impact

This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused on roadmaps or feature prioritisation. Instead, you'll work directly with teams across Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and Operations to understand problems, validate requirements, and turn ideas into working solutions in days rather than months.

Success in this role comes from delivering automation, operational efficiency, and internal tools that help teams move faster and become more self-sufficient. You should be comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day workflow and enjoy moving quickly from problem discovery to deployment

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and deploy internal tools, automations, workflows, and lightweight applications that improve operational efficiency.
• Identify business problems and operational bottlenecks, translating them into practical and scalable solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate solution delivery.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms to streamline processes and improve data visibility.
• Work directly with stakeholders across Customer Success, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Network teams to understand requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Deliver MVPs quickly, balancing speed, usability, adoption, and business impact.
• Document solutions and support teams in adopting and maintaining new tools and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and deploying internal tools, automations, or workflow solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to independently move from problem discovery to a working solution with limited direction.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• High ownership, autonomy, and bias for action.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and improving processes without waiting for perfect requirements.
• Authorisation to work in Malaysia or Romania, depending on the selected location.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a start-up, scale-up, fintech, SaaS, or globally distributed environment.
• Experience in payments or fintech
