Job summary

Metlife Solutions Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced AI Engineer (Full Stack) to drive cloud-native software delivery with AI copilots. You will craft architecture, specify requirements, and own end-to-end implementation while collaborating with global teams across Asia.

The role requires 6+ years in enterprise full-stack development, strong AI-first practices, and familiarity with GitHub tools and Azure capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computing/engineering fields.
6+ years building enterprise apps with modern full-stack, API, data and cloud tech.
Hands-on with AI-first engineering and AI-assisted software delivery in modern environments.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise and Copilot; exposure to Azure AI capabilities is a plus.
Experience building secure, cloud-native apps in complex or regulated enterprises.
Strong Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and modern architecture practices.

Responsibilities

Apply AI-first engineering across the full software lifecycle.
Create clear specs, architecture decisions, and acceptance criteria.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native full-stack apps.
Use AI responsibly to boost productivity while ensuring code quality and security.
Collaborate with product, security, and operations to translate outcomes into plans.
Review designs and code for alignment with enterprise standards and security.
Investigate incidents and drive automation for reliability and performance.
