Job summary
Chance Air-Cond Sales And Service Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI Digital Operations Executive to join our Puchong-based team. You will work closely with the founder to transform the business using AI, digital tools, and a modern digital ecosystem including the website, LEDTruck.my, Chance OS, knowledge management, AI workflows and digital operations.
This is not traditional IT support; entry-level candidates are welcome and ownership, curiosity, and learning agility are valued as you help build
Qualifications
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily tasks.
- Basic HTML knowledge for website updates.
- Basic Git understanding for deployments and version control.
- Strong attention to detail in all work outputs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve company websites.
- Publish blogs, case studies and landing pages.
- Manage digital assets and documentation.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini daily.
- Assist with GitHub and Vercel deployments.
- Support SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Create internal SOPs and knowledge documentation.
- Improve AI workflows and digital operations.
- Monitor and support Chance OS digital operations.
- Monitor AI agent workflows used for social media and digital marketing.
