Job summary

Chance Air-Cond Sales And Service Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI Digital Operations Executive to join our Puchong-based team. You will work closely with the founder to transform the business using AI, digital tools, and a modern digital ecosystem including the website, LEDTruck.my, Chance OS, knowledge management, AI workflows and digital operations.

This is not traditional IT support; entry-level candidates are welcome and ownership, curiosity, and learning agility are valued as you help build

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily tasks.
• Basic HTML knowledge for website updates.
• Basic Git understanding for deployments and version control.
• Strong attention to detail in all work outputs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve company websites.
• Publish blogs, case studies and landing pages.
• Manage digital assets and documentation.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini daily.
• Assist with GitHub and Vercel deployments.
• Support SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Create internal SOPs and knowledge documentation.
• Improve AI workflows and digital operations.
• Monitor and support Chance OS digital operations.
• Monitor AI agent workflows used for social media and digital marketing.

Are you passionate about AI, digital tools, websites, and building smarter business systems?

CASS is looking for an AI Digital Operations Executive to work closely with our Founder and support the digital transformation of our business.

This is not a traditional IT support or software engineering role. You will work across our digital ecosystem, including CASS Website, LEDTruck.my, Chance OS, knowledge management, AI workflows and digital operations.

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous work experience is not required. We value curiosity, learning agility, attention to detail and ownership.

What You'll Do
