Job summary

BIG GRAIN CREDIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Modern Marketing Manager to drive in-house marketing, boost brand awareness, engage customers and generate qualified leads in Malaysia.

You’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution across digital channels, content, and short-form video while leveraging AI tools to enhance effectiveness. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales, HR and partners to optimize campaigns and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign execution.
• Experience in short-form video planning and production; basic filming/editing.
• Experience in paid digital advertising, budget management and campaign performance analysis.
• Strong copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and ability to assess outputs.
• Ability to map marketing data to lead quality and sales outcomes.
• Employer branding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and monthly action plans.
• Manage digital marketing across platforms and content calendars.
• Plan and produce short-form videos and supporting content; oversee campaigns and landing pages.
• Generate relevant inquiries and qualified leads; align with Sales on handovers.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve campaigns and journey.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding content and recruitment campaigns.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners; manage priorities and timelines.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
