Job summary

Razorpay is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Kuala Lumpur office on a permanent full-time basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability, and driving automation across the development lifecycle.

You will work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-powered automation to optimize deployments, monitoring, and incident response. The team values ownership, learning, and collaboration while supporting a fast-paced fintech product

Qualifications

1–3 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
Proven AWS cloud experience.
Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on proficiency in AI technologies for DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, or IT operations.
Scripting experience (Shell, Python, etc.).
Troubleshooting and system engineering experience in Linux environments.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the cloud infra environments.
Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of production systems.
Collaborate with application teams to apply DevOps practices in the development lifecycle.
Create solution prototypes and conduct proofs of concept for new tools.
Design repeatable, automated, scalable processes to increase efficiency and improve software quality (Infrastructure as Code).
Automate and streamline operations and processes.
Troubleshoot outages and provide operational support; engage in post-mortems and knowledge sharing.
Design, develop, and implement AI-powered agents and agentic automation solutions for DevOps operations, including infrastructure management, monitoring, incident response, and deployment workflows.
