Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market for enterprise customers. You will bridge the gap between technical strategy and business value, guiding pre-sales validation through onboarding and full lifecycle expansion.

You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, collaborating with account executives and engineering teams to design deployment architectures and ensure measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of DNS, CDN, security, and networking concepts.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation and gather business requirements for PoCs.
• Guide customer onboarding and architecture design to ensure successful deployments.
• Own expansion strategies and quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor on AI-driven workflows and deployment confidence.
