You will:

Lead end-to-end business transformation programs, from strategy development through execution and value realization, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to optimize processes and modernize legacy systems.

Drive the adoption of digital operating models, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI to enhance productivity, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.

Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives, while leading organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption initiatives.

Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, success metrics, and execution plans, fostering cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, operations, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
