Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our AI Factory Squad and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-enabled digital products.

You will design automated testing frameworks, validate AI-driven functionality, and embed quality engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in traditional test automation combined with knowledge of emerging AI testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven automation QA experience across software development lifecycle.
• Experience with AI testing concepts including non-deterministic outputs and bias.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web apps, APIs, and AI-enabled products.
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and reliability tests.
• Validate AI-driven features, including model outputs, accuracy, bias, and edge cases.
• Define test strategies, plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers, AI/ML specialists, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track defects with root-cause analysis.
• Develop reusable test scripts and tools to improve coverage.
• Perform API, database, and data validation across systems and third-party integrations.
• Monitor test results and provide quality metrics to the squad.
• Promote quality engineering standards across the delivery lifecycle.
