Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a QA Engineer to support digital, data and AI-enabled solutions in the insurance sector. You will focus on software quality, test automation and reliable production releases.

You will design test plans, automate tests, and work with AI engineers and product owners in an Agile environment, ensuring non-deterministic AI outputs are validated for release.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software testing/QA experience.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with AI/ML testing beneficial.
• QA in Insurance/Financial Services preferred.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum with CI/CD and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases across digital and enterprise applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, API and system testing.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve coverage and delivery.
• Validate AI-enabled outputs and AI workflows; ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, product owners and stakeholders.
• Support QA standards and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to Agile delivery and DevOps pipelines.
