EPAM Systems is seeking an Integration Engineer (Java APIs) to develop and support REST integrations across enterprise platforms in a major Australia and New Zealand technology portfolio. You will ship new features, keep services stable in production, and collaborate with product, engineering and managed services teams.

Responsibilities include building Java-based API components, troubleshooting production incidents, documenting designs and procedures, and contributing to agile delivery.

Qualificações

• Java proficiency for API development or system integration.
• Ability to write, evaluate and troubleshoot code independently.
• REST API integration, build, support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of integration patterns for middleware or platform integration.
• Strong problem-solving for API failures and connectivity.
• Clear communication across teams.
• Production support mindset in KTLO environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Java-based API and integration components in enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain REST integrations across internal systems, platforms and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot integration flows and resolve production incidents with clear root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and managed services teams to align requirements and dependencies.
• Document integration designs, operational procedures and support runbooks.
• Improve reliability through monitoring, defect prevention and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban practices.
• Participate in on-call support coverage as needed to meet operational requirements.
