Job summary

Ropedia Pte Ltd is seeking a QC/QA professional to scale daily QC capacity and drive efficiency. You will manage 20+ QC workers, review AI datasets and annotations for quality, and monitor performance metrics across outsourced teams.

The role emphasizes RCA-based problem solving, continuous process improvement, and ownership of QC workflows and guidelines to ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QC, QA, Data Operations, Data Annotation, AI Data Services, or related fields.
• Experience reviewing videos, AI datasets, or annotations.
• Familiar with RCA and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in QC, QA, Data Operations, Data Annotation, AI Data Services, or related fields

Experience reviewing videos, AI datasets, or annotations

Familiar with RCA and continuous process improvement

Familiar with data annotation/labelling or QC platforms

Experience managing or coordinating 20+ workers is preferred

Experience working with outsourced teams or vendors is highly preferred

Strong problem-solving and ownership skills

Good English communication skills, including the ability to understand technical documentation and work asynchronously
Mandarin speaking ability is a plus
