Job summary

PRO AGRO TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales & Digital Agro Executive to drive database management, sales support, and digital marketing initiatives. You will lead Retail Assistants, refine SOPs, and provide agronomic advice to corporates while developing engaging content for TikTok and Facebook.

The role includes overseeing lead nurturing, creating promotional templates, and coordinating bulk orders, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Build, update and manage customer and farmer databases.
• Create templates and structured follow-up schedules using WhatsApp Business.
• Develop sales scripts and promotional templates for Retail Assistants.
• Nurture high-potential customers and filter high-value prospects.
• Design and improve retail SOPs for customer service and upselling.
• Supervise Retail Assistants and manage inventory and pricing.
• Provide agronomic advice to corporate clients and prepare bulk quotes.
• Monitor daily transactions and compile weekly sales reports.
• Create 5–6 short videos weekly for TikTok/Facebook; host LIVE sessions.

Responsibilities

• Database Management: Build, update and manage customer and farmer databases.
• Sales Support: Develop sales scripts, templates and info sheets for retailers.
• Leads Filtering: Identify and nurture high-potential customers and filter high-value prospects.
• Systems & SOPs: Design and continuously improve retail SOPs for customer service and upselling.
• Team Leadership: Supervise Retail Assistants in daily operations, inventory management and merchandising.
• Specialized Consultation: Provide agronomic advice to corporate clients and prepare bulk quotes.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor transactions and compile weekly sales performance reports.
• Content Creation: Plan, shoot and edit videos for TikTok/Facebook focusing on product solutions.
• TikTok LIVE Sessions: Host Live sessions 2–3 times weekly for product sales.
