Job summary

Eurokars Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Aftersales General Manager to lead the dealership's aftersales operations, including service, parts, and customer support, and to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong track record in budgeting, leadership, and strategic execution.

The individual will oversee budgeting, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with manufacturer standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, service and parts management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and customer support functions.
• Ensure efficient workflow, service quality, and operational excellence across all aftersales activities.
• Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage dealership facilities and ensure compliance with organizational and manufacturer standards.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the aftersales business.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.
