Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships professional to drive opportunities, engage with potential partners and support campaign execution.

You will research affiliate opportunities, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and prepare reports. The role requires strong analytical, communication and organisation skills, with familiarity in social media, creators, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Education background in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Economics or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Familiar with the social media, creator and e-commerce landscape.
• Digitally savvy, commercially curious and comfortable engaging with potential partners would be ideal.
• Candidates who have a strong understanding of the urban Malay consumer segment are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential affiliate and partnership opportunities.
• Support partner outreach, onboarding and engagement.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track leads, conversions, installations and activations.
• Maintain partner and campaign performance trackers.
• Prepare performance reports and basic analysis.
• Support commission validation and reconciliation.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support programme execution.
