Job summary

Purest Co is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Lead to own and scale our affiliate channel across creators, livestreamers and agency partners. You will source, onboard and retain affiliate creators for video and livestream content, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign rollouts.

You will track and improve affiliate performance, run creator events to grow the network, prepare product decks and livestream assets, manage vouchers and commissions, and process payments to partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Affiliate channel GMV across creators, livestreamers and agency partners
• Source, onboard and retain affiliate creators for both video and livestream content
• Track and improve affiliate creator & agency performance
• Run creator events to acquire new creators and strengthen relationships with existing ones
• Prepare product decks, video improvement guides and livestream decks for affiliate partners
• Own end-to‑end livestream preparation: deck creation, scheduling, host coordination, and real‑time support during key streams
• Manage vouchers and commission setups on seller centre
• Compile and process payment for affiliate partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, successful campaign rollouts
