• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer services (service-oriented).
• Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customers.
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations.
• Communicate with doctors on suitable treatments for patients.
• Follow up with patients and encourage them for frequent treatments to ensure better results.
• Assist doctors in performing procedures.
• Update and maintain treatment records.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and the teammates to achieve sales objectives.

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekdays)
• 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends)
• 5.5 rest days per month (excluding public holidays).
