The Glo Clinic in Kuala Lumpur invites an motivated Aesthetic Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will consult clients on suitable aesthetic treatments and products, assist doctors during procedures, and deliver exceptional service to drive sales and achieve clinic targets.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aesthetics or beauty.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and good product knowledge.
• Passionate, sales-driven, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Willing to assist doctors during treatments and procedures when required.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients on suitable aesthetic treatments and products, assist doctors during treatments, and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned targets and goals through professional aesthetic services, consultation, and customer service.
• Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries professionally.
• Provide professional recommendations on treatments, packages, products, and skincare.
• Assist doctors during treatments and procedures when required.
• Build positive relationships and encourage repeat visits; maintain clinic standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for consulting clients on suitable aesthetic treatments and products, assisting doctors during treatments, providing excellent customer service, following up with clients, driving sales, and achieving individual and clinic targets.
• Responsible for achieving assigned targets and goals through professional aesthetic treatment services, consultation, and customer service.
• Attend to customers’ requests and enquiries professionally.
• Provide professional recommendations on suitable aesthetic treatments, packages, products, and skincare.
• Assist doctors during treatments and procedures when required.
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with customers to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure cleanliness, sterilisation, and proper maintenance of equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic areas.
• Handle documentation, phone calls, appointments, and basic administrative duties.
• Ensure required stock and supplies are properly maintained and replenished.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
