• Support patient scheduling, payments, and records to ensure smooth consultations.
• Maintain equipment safety and cleanliness, and uphold high patient care standards.

Job Description

This role involves providing treatments designed to enhance the physical appearance and overall health of a patient’s face and body within an aesthetic clinic. You will work with individuals of all ages, addressing a variety of health, aesthetic, and social care needs. Your primary focus will be to help patients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide consultation for new and existing patients with comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
• Assist physicians during medical/aesthetic procedures according to respective medical/aesthetic protocols.
• Provide medical aesthetic care to patients (For example: facial wash, photo taking, post treatment care, up‑selling products, follow‑ups and etc).
• Increase sales in product and treatment.
• Manage patient’s expectations, explain procedures, follow‑up with post procedure care and results.
• Handle patient’s requests and inquiries when necessary.
• Ensure timely maintenance of new and existing patients files in all systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of patients records to support efficient and appropriate consultation.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
• Manage patients’ appointments, payment billing and collection, stocks and etc.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Working Location: KL Eco City, Bangsar

Working Hour: Monday to Saturday 10am to 6.30pm, extra 2 weekdays off in every month, total 6 days off
