You will greet clients, assess skincare needs, recommend treatments, present packages, manage bookings, and drive sales, upholding our standards of professionalism in a dynamic clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or consultative role in beauty or healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of skincare and aesthetic services.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse clients.
• Able to meet sales targets with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Conduct thorough skin and aesthetic consultations to understand client needs.
• Provide expert recommendations for treatments and skincare products.
• Present packages and pricing clearly, addressing questions and objections.
• Schedule appointments using clinic management systems.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for treatments and retail products.
• Build a loyal client base through personalized follow-up.
• Collaborate with practitioners to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain client records and provide feedback for service improvements.
