As a Beauty Consultant, you will greet clients, conduct skin consultations, present treatment options, and manage bookings while maintaining high ethical standards and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or consultative beauty/healthcare roles, preferably in a clinic
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare trends
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse clients
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets with high ethics
• Customer-service oriented with a passion for client experience

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and create a welcoming first impression
• Conduct thorough skin/aesthetic consultations to identify needs and goals
• Recommend treatments and skincare products tailored to client profiles
• Present packages and pricing clearly, addressing questions and objections
• Schedule appointments using clinic management systems
• Educate clients on pre/post-care to maximise results and safety
• Build loyal client base through personalised follow-up and service
• Collaborate with practitioners and staff to ensure seamless experiences
• Maintain detailed client records and provide feedback for service improvement
