Teleperformance in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking an Ad Sales Specialist to drive digital advertising solutions for our clients. You will identify marketing needs, propose tailored ad solutions, and build strong relationships to meet sales targets across social media, search, and websites.

The role requires fluency in Korean and English, with a bias toward candidates who have B2B/B2C sales experience and a passion for sales.

Qualifications

• Language requirement: Korean and English (verbal, written, comprehension).
• B2B/B2C sales experience is a plus.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and prospect high-potential new business and upsell.
• Serve as trusted consultant to develop and optimize partner channels; drive usage and adoption of tools.
• Explain products/solutions and value to businesses of varying sizes and industries.
• Understand prospects' pain points, gather requirements, and tailor cloud security solutions to close deals.
• Reach out to existing customers to pitch new products or increase spend.
• Develop outbound campaigns from ideation to pipeline qualification.

Overview

An Ad Sales Specialist sells advertising to clients on digital platform, identifies their marketing needs, and offers tailored ad solutions. They build client relationships, meet sales targets, and stay current on media trends and audience insights. They work with a variety of digital channels, including social media, search engines, and websites, to help businesses reach their target audiences.

Job Requirements:

• Language Requirement: Excellent in Korean and English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
• Candidates with B2B/ B2Csales experiencewill have added advantage
• Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities
• Passion to do sales and achieve target

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts or conduct self prospecting to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell

• Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel: responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features.

• Explain products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs

• Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solution-selling) and close sales opportunities

• Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used

• Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification
