Job summary

Shopper360 Limited in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Coordinator to support our Subang Jaya operations. You will consolidate monthly payroll reports, including KPI, unpaid leave, OT, and expense claims, and submit them for sign-off.

You will coordinate admin between the CD and Jump teams for merchandisers, manage resignations and new hires, public holidays, Rymnet app matters, and other HR-related tasks to keep our team running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly payroll reports, including KPI, unpaid leave, OT, and expense claims, and submit to the FSO Lead for sign-off.
• Coordinate admin between the CD and Jump teams for merchandisers, including resignations, new hires, public holidays, Rymnet app matters, and other HR-related matters.
• Coordinate basic team administration, including T-shirt and HRDC coordination and distribution to merchandisers and the CD team.
