Job summary

Adecco is seeking a junior admin/support associate for an automotive client in Malaysia. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to learn on the job and gain exposure to vehicle administration and customer service.

You will handle basic admin tasks, prepare documents, coordinate with customers and partners, and help keep the branch operations smooth and organized. A valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic admin tasks and update information in the system.
• Prepare and check vehicle documents before handover.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and ensure cars are ready for customers.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, dealers, insurance companies, and government authorities.
• Help manage car keys, vehicle stock, and daily branch operations.
• Support vehicle transfers between branches and assist during customer collections.
• Ensure vehicles and the branch are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
