Job summary

Malaysia Airports Holdings in Selangor is seeking an Admin/Operations Assistant - Cargo Management (Billing) to support finance in credit control, billing, and SAP-based order processing. You will assist in updating customer accounts, creating sales orders via SAP, and compiling billing documents from the eFCZ system.

The role involves handling customer inquiries on billing, updating monthly collection figures, and ensuring timely posting of payments to the Finance Division, with tasks assigned

Qualifications

• Assist credit control management processes.
• Assist finance in updating customer account details (company name, address, account number, etc).
• Create sales orders through SAP from the eFCZ system.
• Print, post, and file billing documents and supporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing (credit/debit notes, disputes).
• Update total bills and collections monthly.
• Submit payments received from customers to Finance Division.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

• To perform the functions which are related to FCZ /DFTZ finance, billing, and credit control.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

To assist Executive and Officer in Credit Control Management process.

To assist finance in creating/updating new/existing customer account detail (company name, address, account number, etc)

To create sales order through SAP system from eFCZ system.

Responsible to collect, print, sort and post all bills issued by Finance Department to customer and compiling the supporting billing documents from eFCZ billing

Checking inquiry by customers (credit/debit note and dispute bills).

To update total bills and collection on monthly basis

Responsible to update & submit payment from customer to Finance Division

To perform other task as and when directed by superiors.
