  • Perform financial analysis of Group companies' accounts and conduct internal audits.
  • Manage credit control, tax compliance and develop internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Handle corporate and admin matters including liaising with auditors, tax agents and government agencies.

Assistant Operations Support and Finance Manager
  • Provide admin operations support including but not limited to inventory planning, supplier sourcing, comparison of quotes, setting prices, customer order management, processing purchase and sales orders, and handling goods receiving functions, ensuring paperwork is filed properly.
  • Review payments, sales incentive computations and operations reports including project management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform financial analysis of Group companies' accounts and internal audit of Group companies.
  • Manage the credit control, tax compliance and develop internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Handle corporate and admin matters including liaising with auditors, tax agents and government agencies, when necessary.
  • Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
  • Ad-hoc due diligence and special projects, as and when required.
Requirement
  • Solid background in Finance & Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under stress with good sense of responsibility and very detailed in work.
