Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator in Klang to coordinate import container movements and manage shipment updates. Responsibilities include scheduling pickups/deliveries, liaising with shipping lines, and maintaining container records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday on phone. Klang Jaya location.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import container movements.
• Schedule container pickups, deliveries, and returns with transport providers.
• Monitor container status and update shipment tracking systems.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, ports, depots, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of container inventory and movement.
• Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform any ad-hoc job requests.
