Job summary

SGX Graphics in Penang seeks an experienced adaptive design professional to lead artwork delivery from concept to production. You will ensure brand consistency and accuracy while meeting global standards, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with coordinators for smooth daily operations.

The role requires a strong background in art & design with at least 10 years of experience, and expert tooling skills in Illustrator and Photoshop to execute high-quality artworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in adaptive design, artwork production, pre-press, printing, packaging, advertising, or digital imaging.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• In charge of design adaptations artwork builds in accordance with client specifications and brand guidelines.
• Translate creative concepts into high-quality artwork execution.
• Produce high-quality adaptive design artworks meeting industry standards and timely delivery.
• Ensure brand and design consistency across client deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end artwork delivery for complex and high-value projects.
