Job summary

CR Consultancy Pte Ltd in Malaysia invites an experienced accounting professional to join us as a full-time Accounts Specialist. You will manage and close the full set of accounts for 3 to 5 clients, mainly from home with occasional visits to client offices 1–2 days per week, with a transportation allowance.

You should have Xero knowledge (or be willing to complete a 10-hour online training to become a Xero Certified Advisor), strong English communication, and solid accounting qualifications.

Qualifications

• Xero knowledge preferred; if not, complete 10 hours of online training to become Xero Certified Advisor before hiring.
• Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English
• Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences
• Corporate laptop can be provided for certain areas, and applicants must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps)

Job description

• You will be working from home and need to visit client office 1 or 2 days in a week (with transportation allowance provided)
• Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours a day. 44 hours work week
• Support and handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients
• Handle and able to close full set of accounts with reasonable accounting principles independently
• This role is performance-based and result-orientated.
• You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we will attempt to smooth out your workload.
• With over 80 staff, there is room for career progression to other roles with us.

Requirements
