Job summary

Sunway Malls is seeking a detail-oriented Finance/Administration professional in Subang Jaya to manage season parking settlements, invoicing, and aging reports. You will reconcile collections, handle applications and renewals, and maintain accurate car park records using our systems.

The role requires a Diploma/Professional degree in finance or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify daily parking settlements and bank-in slips.
• Reconcile parking collections reports with vendors/banks.
• Prepare billing schedules and generate invoices.
• Handle season parking applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain season parking records in the car park system.
