Job summary

Kerry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive for a 12‑month contract at Powerhouse, PJ, to manage end-to-end AR activities from invoicing to cash application. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely resolution and accurate AR control.

The candidate should have a degree in accounting/finance with at least 3 years AR experience, proficient in SAP/HighRadius, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; 3 years of AR experience.
• Experience in AR, reconciliations, collection, disputes, cash application.
• Strong Excel, reporting, analytical and stakeholder-management skills; automation exposure is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP/workflow platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
• Customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities across debtor ledger, including overdue payments, dunning letters and statements.
• Document AR and dispute activities, escalate issues and follow through to resolution.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes, including processing credit notes and debit notes.
• Support credit control activities, prepare daily and monthly reports, ensure audit compliance.
• Perform cash application and payment allocation; manage unapplied cash and remittance advice.
• Use HighRadius, SAP and Excel for daily AR processing, monitoring and reporting.
• Liaise with customers, market contacts and internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
