Job summary

Privilege Vantage Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts & Payroll Executive to handle full set accounts (AP/AR/GL) and monthly closing, while ensuring accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance. You will prepare management reports and liaise with auditors, banks, and authorities to maintain proper records.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience. Independent, detail-oriented candidates from hospitality/ property sectors are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts and payroll processing.
• Familiar with payroll and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Detail oriented, responsible and possess good organizational skills.
• Experience in the property or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and monthly financial closing.
• Prepare monthly management reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Process monthly payroll accurately on time.
• Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other government regulations.
• Manage staff claims, leave records, attendance and payroll-related documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare payment vouchers and coordinate with suppliers and creditors.
• Assist in budgeting, audit schedules and year-end financial reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and payroll records.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management and Directors.
