Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Account Payable professional in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to support the finance team and ensure accurate, timely invoice processing and payments.

You will verify invoices, process payments, reconcile ledgers, and assist with receivables and credit checks. English is a must; Japanese is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required in a collaborative, supervised environment.

About Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in [add text], working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• invoice verification (e.g., comparing invoice charges to purchase orders, confirming that goods and services have been received, purchases were approved, etc.)
• Payment authorization and processing
• Reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers to identify improper charges, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts due
• Accounts Receivable
• Invoice generation and verification of customer credit approval
• Payment processing and application to customer balances, including reconciliation of cash payments to customer accounts
• Receivables age analysis and reporting

About You

• Work is closely supervised.
• Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
• Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
• Language English is a must.
• Japanese is preferred.
