Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Ensure invoices are properly approved before payment processing.
• Prepare payment schedules on time and payment vouchers for management approval.
• Monitor outstanding supplier balances and follow up on payment matters.
• Ensure supplier accounts are accurately maintained and reconciled.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and statements of account.
• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of SST-related records and supporting schedules.
• Ensure SST is correctly calculated, recorded, and reported.
• Review transactions to determine the appropriate SST treatment.
• Maintain proper SST documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• KPI: Accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
