• Degree in accounting, finance or related field is a plus.
• 2–5 years accounting or finance experience
• Shared service experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced multinational environment (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Process invoice matching and verify with purchase orders, delivery orders/ goods receipts.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, reconciling supplier statements.
• Perform balance sheet schedules including reconciliation of payments and flux analysis of payable accounts.
• Research and resolve invoice/GRIR discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance to GAAPs, policies and SOX controls.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Drive process improvement and automation to streamline accounts payable processes.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned
