Beutea Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to receive, verify, and process suppliers' invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.

You will verify invoices against PO/DO/GRN and ensure proper approvals, recording, and timely payments while supporting month-end closes and audits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Receive, verify, and process suppliers' invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Receive, verify, and process suppliers' invoices and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify invoices against purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), goods received notes (GRN), and other supporting documents

Ensure all invoices are properly approved and recorded in the accounting system

Monitor accounts payable balances and ensure payments are made according to the agreed payment terms

Prepare payment schedules and assist in processing supplier payments

Reconcile supplier statements with the company's accounts payable records and resolve discrepancies

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Operations, and Finance) regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies

Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents

Assist in month-end closing, including accounts payable reconciliation and expense accruals

Support audit and tax-related requests by providing the necessary documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Basic understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles

Familiarity with high-volume transactions and daily purchasing or sales environments is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS)

Experience with POS systems is an added advantage

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills

Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments
