Job summary

Beutea Holding Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Full-time Tea Barista to support the Cheras Trader Square, Jade Hill, IOI City Mall and other Klang Valley outlets. You will prepare beverages, maintain outlet cleanliness, manage cashier transactions, and deliver friendly service to customers.

The role requires shifts, weekends and public holidays, with focus on tea quality, accurate transactions, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant preferred.
• Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring)

Responsibilities

• Follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
• Monitor stock balance, product freshness, and date validity.
• Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
• Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Accurately perform all cashier transactions and handle daily bank-in in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

• Follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet
• Monitor stock balance, product freshness, and date validity
• Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently
