Job summary

Talent Work in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee daily operations, month-end closings, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls, while guiding a growing accounts team.

You will partner with senior management to ensure timely financial reporting, manage audits, and drive improvements across finance and HR processes for the client in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, with prior team supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, payroll and tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities
