Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian IT retailer with outlets across major malls. An accounting internship position offers hands-on learning in day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations and document handling.

You will assist with data entry of sales, purchases and payments, help prepare bank reconciliations, and support AP/AR alongside an experienced team. This role provides practical training and may lead to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Must be able to fulfil the internship period required by your institution.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry of sales, purchase and payment transactions.
• Help prepare bank and account reconciliations under supervision.
• Match and file invoices, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Support the AP/AR team with supplier and customer statements.
• Assist the accounts team with month-end and ad-hoc tasks.
