Job summary

You will enter daily transactions, process invoices and payments, assist with reconciliations, and help keep audit-ready records. A Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin.
• Relevant coursework or internship in bookkeeping or retail finance.
• Strong numerical and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Input daily financial transactions, invoices, and vouchers into accounting software accurately.
• Process vendor bills, match purchase orders, issue customer invoices, and track payments.
• Assist with monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Organise physical and digital filing and support audit preparations.
• Monitor inventory and liaise with vendors for office supplies.
