Job summary

ICISP Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily financial operations and support the finance function of the organisation. The role handles daily accounting entries, invoicing, processing payments, and reconciliations.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of accounting experience is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and basic bookkeeping knowledge are preferred to ensure accurate records and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; 1–2 years accounting experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Maintain records of company expenses, advances and reimbursements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for auditors, tax agents and other professional service providers.
• Support payroll and staff claims where required.
