Lumina Advisory & Global Search is assisting a client in expanding their Accounting team in Johor, Malaysia. We are hiring 3 Accounts Executives to handle daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, month-end closing, and financial reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided to build full-set accounting skills.

Experienced candidates with 3+ years will have broader exposure to budgeting, audits and tax-related matters across multiple industries, with opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 3+ years' experience considered.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; accounting software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP, AR, invoices, payments, collections and daily accounting records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting schedules and journal entries.
• Assist with month-end closing, audits and tax-related documentation.
• Independently manage full-set accounts and month-end closing.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and tax matters.
• Guide junior team members when required.
• Analyze financial data and provide information to management.
