ALC Platform Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage a full set of accounts and support monthly and yearly reporting in a fast-growing financial services environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in accounting, familiarity with UBS or SQL accounting software, and strong Excel skills. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to budgeting and cash flow reviews.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, audit, or tax field.

• Knowledge of UBS system or SQL Financial Accounting Software helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous, responsible with high integrity.
• Team player with good communication and coordination with internal/external parties.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and general accounting functions.

Prepare monthly and yearly management reports.

Prepare tax estimates and assist with tax-related matters.

Liaise with company auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant parties.

Support audit, tax, and company secretarial queries, including resolutions, share transfers, dividends, and related matters.

Review budgeting, cash flow, and future management accounts.

Maintain proper accounting records, filing, and documentation.

Assist in any other accounting, finance, or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, audit, or tax field.

Able to handle full set of accounts.

Knowledge of UBS system or SQL Financial Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain a high level of integrity.

A team player with good communication skills and able to coordinate well with internal and external parties.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Positive working attitude and good initiative.
