Job summary

Lion Group Property, Accounts Department in Kuala Lumpur, invites applications for an Accounts Executive to join our HQ team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you will support monthly reports, cash flow, invoicing, and tax computations in a fast-paced property management group.

Based in the Lion Office Tower, you’ll gain hands-on experience across inter-company transactions, payments, and records maintenance while enjoying medical benefits, parking, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports with reconciliations and journals.
• Manage monthly cash flow projections and KPI/CPI reports.
• Oversee payment processes and update invoices in the IFCA system.
• Monitor cash flow and inter‑company transactions; optimize funds.
• Assist with tax analysis and annual tax computations.
• Verify travel claims and reimbursements.

One (1) vacant position - Accounts Executive (fresh graduates also encouraged to apply!)

What You’ll Do :

Prepare monthly management reports, including reconciliations and journals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage monthly cash flow projections and quarterly KPI/CPI reports to support strategic decision‑making.

Oversee payment processes, update invoices in the IFCA system, and maintain meticulous financial records.

Monitor cash flow, handle inter‑company transactions, and optimize funds by placing money market deposits.

Assist with tax analysis, prepare annual tax computations, and maintain a robust filing system.

Verify travel claims and ensure all reimbursements comply with company policies.
