Job summary

IMEC Hygiene in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts and support finance operations. A Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least three years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel and accounting software is required.

You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations, monthly closings, and assist with audits, tax, SST, and e-Invoice matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts is required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in SST is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Handle monthly closing and prepare basic management reports.
• Assist with audit, tax, SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
