Job summary

IMEC Hygiene in Kajang is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle the full set of accounts for the company. You will manage AP/AR, prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements and assist monthly closing.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years' relevant experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail; SST experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts is required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in SST is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Handle monthly closing and prepare basic management reports.
• Assist with audit, tax, SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
