Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Assist with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable function.
• Process supplier billing and payment and issue monthly debtor statement.
• Maintain a comprehensive fixed asset listing and ensure proper accounting for fixed assets.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Handle utility bill payment and monthly staff claim efficiently.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately and promptly recorded in SAP.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company accounting policies and applicable requirements.
• Carry out any additional tasks as required and authorised by superiors to support the accounts department and overall company objectives.
