Job summary

KLK OLEO in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk based at Menara KLK, Mutiara Damansara. You will verify invoices in APS, post to SAP ECC6, and coordinate with purchasers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires solid basic accounting knowledge, ability to maintain General Ledger coding, and proficiency with spreadsheets and Word. Prior SSC/GBS experience is advantageous, and you will participate in stock takes and ensure timely supplier payments.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting principles; ability to maintain General ledger and coding.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices in APS and post invoices into SAP promptly and accurately.
• Send workflow to clarify with purchaser, requester and good received person if there are any discrepancies arises.
• Prepare supplier payments according to due date.
• Participate in routine stock take as and when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
