WK Consortium SB is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, is highly organized, and wants to build a strong accounting foundation. You will work under the supervision of the Accounts Manager and CEO.

Key duties include data entry, processing invoices, and performing three-way matches. Fresh graduates are welcome, and there is room for growth within the company as you develop expertise in accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Finance/Accountancy or Banking.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Sum, Filter, Sort) and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately key in invoices, bills and payment vouchers into the accounting system.
• Perform Three-Way Match (Invoices vs Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders).
• Assist in monthly bank and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Scan, upload and file financial documents for audit readiness.
• Provide admin support for petty cash and cross-department documentation.
